1. Any Images to be displayed on social media outlets must be the copies that contain the watermark signature of

Kapture This Photography

2. The files contained within the online album are for printing purposes only and are not for social media uses.

3. The client agrees that no editing shall be done on any images by anyone BUT Kapture This Photography.  This means do filters, no colour changing no modifications what so ever. If you would like something fixed , Kapture This Photography would be happy to assist you.

4. Sole ownership of images belongs to Kapture This Photography and you have given consent for Kapture This Photography to use said images in advertising  on websites, social media, etc. 

5. We ask that you please give credit to Kapture this Photography when posting watermarked images on social media outlets, even if it is just once or twice, it is appreciated.
